Magnet360: How long have you worked for Magnet360?
Kara: 2.5 years
Magnet360: What’s the most rewarding part about being a Consultant at Magnet360?
Kara: Being surrounded by super smart and hard-working colleagues.
Magnet360: What keeps you busy when you’re not at work?
Kara: Traveling, yoga, tennis, concerts & cultural events, and spending time outdoors as much as possible.
Magnet360: What was the best piece of advice you’ve been given?
Kara: Life doesn’t have to be perfect to be wonderful.
Magnet360: If you could take the whole company out to one type of music event, what/who would it be?
Kara: I’ve spent lots of time in Norway, and they have a music festival that started on one of the islands in the fjord outside Oslo. Watching the Øya Festival (“Island festival”) on the island was a unique setting for hearing a lineup of bands from across the globe. It’s become too big to be on the island but it would be cool to recreate something like that!
